    Highly sensitive and reactive while also taking some time to settle down or return to a baseline after an emotion is set off.

    Impulsive behaviors and often in response to feeling dysregulated or as an attempt to regulate.

    Extreme, judgmental, invalidating ways of thinking.  Difficulty finding the middle ground.

    Sense of Self

    Uncertainty related to preferences, beliefs, values.  Lacking a confidence or ability to maintain any sense of self that is identified.
